The Website is operated by AD Ventures Enterprise, S.L., with registered office at Calle Notarias 22, Palamós, Girona (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Agrodelta reserves the right to restrict, suspend or block access to the Website, or to take any other appropriate action, if it reasonably considers that a user has used the Website in breach of these Terms or in a way that may result in a breach of applicable law or expose Agrodelta to regulatory, legal or compliance risk. This clause applies without prejudice to any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Ley 34/2002, mandatory provisions of the Spanish Civil Code, or any other mandatory provisions of Spanish law that may apply in the circumstances.

If you are using this Website as a consumer, nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of any mandatory rights granted to you under applicable consumer protection law, nor shall it prevent you from bringing proceedings before the courts that may have jurisdiction under mandatory legal provisions.

Where applicable, this clause shall also be interpreted subject to any mandatory rules on applicable law and jurisdiction arising under Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I) and Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (Brussels I Recast).
